The Challenge
Hydrogen has long fuelled rockets because of its excellent energy-to-weight ratio, but it has yet to be developed for smaller aircraft. A cost-effective hydrogen fuel system that operates safely in every environment is a genuine engineering challenge.

Amarna provides ongoing technical services to AMSL Aero on hydrogen fuel systems, both on board the aircraft and in off-board test cells, including test system HAZOPs and design reviews.
